Big Cleanup Effort Follows Fuel Spill In Parker
PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) - Crews from South Metro Fire and the EPA worked late Tuesday evening to contain a fuel spill in Parker.
As much as 230 gallons of gasoline spilled near Cottonwood Drive and Parker Road Tuesday afternoon.
Several businesses were evacuated and Cottonwood Drive was shut down for several hours.
The spill happened when the fuel was being transferred from a tanker truck to the underground tank at a gas station.
