Boulder Creek Open For Tubing
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Tubing in Boulder is allowed once again.
Authorities have lifted the tubing bans on Boulder Creek, as well as on the North Saint Vrain River and South Saint Vrain River.
The water is still running high, so tubers are urged to take caution when in in the water.
