Heavy Fog Investigated In Brighton Deadly Crash

BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)– The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that could have been caused by heavy fog.

The crash was a possible head-on collision at 120th and Picadilly in Brighton.

Copter4 flew over the crash just before 6:30 a.m. but only police lights could be seen since the fog was so thick.

State troopers said the crash was called in at 6:07 a.m. One of the drivers in the vehicles involved was killed. The injuries from the other vehicle involved are not known.
