Man Convicted Of Brutally Attacking Teen Headed To Prison
GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - The man convicted of brutally attacking a teenager inside her home is headed to prison. Xavier Sebastian McDaniel was sentenced to at least 24 years behind bars.
A jury convicted McDaniel in February of three felony counts for the attempted sexual assault and attack of a 15-year-old girl in her Littleton home.
DNA evidence helped tie McDaniels to the April 2013 attack.
Investigators said he lived in the same apartment complex as the victim. He beat and tried to sexually assault the teen after she came home from school.
