Tom Martino Gets New Trial Date In Domestic Violence Case

DENVER (CBS4) – Former TV personality Tom Martino's is now scheduled to go to trial related to domestic violence charges.

Martino waived his right to a speedy trial in early March after his attorney said he had additional information he needed to review from 911 calls.

Martino is charged with disturbing the peace after police arrested him after he allegedly got into an argument with his wife.

Martino's new trial date has been scheduled for July 1.
