Colorado leaders on Monday were in the nation’s capital to make their pitch to party leaders in person to try to attract the 2016 Republican National Convention to Denver. Presentations from Dallas, Las Vegas and Cincinnati were postponed due to weather. They have been rescheduled for March 21.

Because Bob Beauprez is now running for governor, Pete Coors is now the chairman of the Denver 2016 Host Committee.
