CSU Tropical Storm Forecasting Program In Jeopardy
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - The tropical storm forecasting program at Colorado State University is being suspended.
The meteorology project has been issuing hurricane forecasts for the past 30 years, but the university says unless they can find new revenue the forecast team will stop issuing seasonal forecasts in April.
The team is trying to raise money to keep that program going.
