2 Men Attempt To Abduct Teen In North Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police are searching for two men suspected in an attempted abduction that occurred on Thursday.

According to police, a 14-year-old was walking in the 1400 block East 26th Avenue when two men approached the victim in a white van and told him to get in.

"The victim refused and one of the suspects exited the van and grabbed the victim by his shirt attempting to pull the victim towards the van," police said in a statement. "The victim fought the attacker and was able to escape unharmed."

The white van was possibly a Ford. It had no side windows and the rear windows were tinted.

One suspect is described as a white man, approximately 30 years old, 5-foot-10, medium build with dark blonde or brown hair. He was wearing a blue shirt with noticeably worn blue jeans and work style boots.

The other suspect is described as a white man, approximately 30 years old, medium build, dark brown hair.
