Man Dies Soon After Being Shot At Aurora Apartment

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Aurora are investigating a deadly shooting which happened on Thursday night.

The incident took place on the 1600 block of North Alton Street.

When officers arrived on scene they found a man with gunshot wound in the courtyard of an apartment building. He died at the hospital soon afterwards.

Aurora Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has any information on this case to please call Detective Warren Miller at (303)739-6117. You can also provide information on this case and remain anonymous by calling CRIME STOPPERS at 720-913-STOP (7867). You may also text your tip to 274637 (CRIMES) then use the title DMCS and enter your message. You may be eligible to earn a reward of up to two thousand dollars ($2,000).
