Flacco Banner Pulled Down During 3rd Quarter
DENVER (CBS4)- Denver is truly Flacco free after last night's NFL season opener at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
The Joe Flacco banner, sporting the image of Baltimore Ravens Quarterback, adorned the right side of the stadium while a banner with Denver Broncos Quarterback Peyton Manning was on the left.
The banner came down during the third quarter about the same time the Broncos really took down the Ravens.
No word on how the banner was removed or who took it down.
Broncos fans will be happy to know the Flacco banners along the 16th Street Mall will be removed by the end of the day Friday.
