DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police would like the public’s help locating a hit-and-run driver after a teenager suffered a sprained arm.
The hit-and-run occurred after 4 p.m. on Tuesday at East Colfax Avenue and Exposition.
Sonny Jackson with Denver police said the victim is a teenager who thought he was not really hurt and got on the bus. Once he was on the bus he realized he needed medical attention and he got off the bus at Colfax and Monaco.
That’s where the ambulance picked him up and took him to the hospital. The teen suffered a sprained arm.
So far officers don’t have a description of the vehicle. They will be investigating to see if the incident was captured on a HALO camera in the area.
