Father Charged In Death Of Son Who Fell Out Of Truck
ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- A father who is suspected of failing to restrain his young son who fell out of the truck and died has been charged with child abuse.
Salvador Roman-Garza has been charged with negligent child abuse and failure to use a child restraint in the death of his 3-year-old son.
Bryan Roman died after he fell out of the back seat of a truck driven by Roman-Garza in the 5900 block of northbound Highway 85 in Commerce City on Aug. 15.
Roman-Garza is scheduled to appear in Adams County Court on Oct. 1.
