Fort Collins Police Search For Possible Serial ‘Flasher’

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Fort Collins are searching for a man exposing himself to young girls.

On Sunday afternoon four girls reported a heavy-set, white man exposed himself while they were swimming in the Poudre River near Legacy Park.

Police believe the man may have exposed himself to others around public parks and bike paths in recent months.
