Larimer DA Rules Stabbing Was Self-Defense
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - The Larimer County District Attorney's office has decided not to file charges in the April stabbing death of Kenneth Sobrero.
The district attorney's office said Wednesday investigators do not believe there is sufficient evidence to disprove a self-defense claim.
Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies were called and discovered that Sobrero and his 59-year-old male roommate had been involved in a fight over cleaning a home they shared with others. The roommate also suffered injuries during the fight.
