KEYSTONE, Colo. (AP) — Arapahoe Basin ski area is celebrating its last day of the season.
The resort plans to hold closing day festivities Sunday, including live music, before making way for its summer season. Lifts will run from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
A-Basin decided to tack this weekend onto the season thanks to late snowfall and cool temperatures. The resort, which is typically the last to close in the state, had planned to call it quits for the season June 2.
