Jigsaw Ranch On Aspen Mountain Sells For $41M
ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - At $41 million it's one of the most expensive real estate deals ever in Pitkin County. The deal involves the sale of the Jigsaw Ranch in two separate transactions.
The ranch is located on the backside of Aspen Mountain. The 12,000 square-foot main residence has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. It has two fireplaces that are worth nearly $90,000 plus a $29,000 Jacuzzi.
The lower estate has a 5,700 square-foot home and a 1,200 square-foot guest house, plus a log cabin.
