Man Accused Of Hitting, Killing Cyclist In Lyons Appears In Court
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - The driver accused of hitting and killing a cyclist in Lyons Saturday evening appeared before a judge on Monday.
Investigators say Patrick Allen Ward may have been drinking and driving when he drove the wrong way and hit 46-year-old Michael Van Duym, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ward faces charges of vehicular homicide, careless driving resulting in death and driving under the influence.
