DENVER (CBS4) – Denver Water crews fixed a water main break in the 1800 block of Curtis.

Officials said it’s a 12 inch break, and that crews were able to restore water to four businesses that lost their water service for a short time.

18th Street was closed from Curtis to Arapahoe while crews repaired the break.

Denver Water said that effort could take as much as eight hours.
