FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Fort Collins is the latest city to stop oil and gas exploration after the city council gave initial approval to a ban Tuesday night.
Backers of the ban pointed to last week’s spill of nearly 84,000 gallons of fracking flow-back near Windsor.
