DENVER (CBS4) – A makeover for a landmark in the Denver area is under way.
CBS4′s partner the Denver Business Journal reports Shotgun Willie’s is moving, but the new location is close. It’s in the adjoining parking lot of the existing building at Colorado Boulevard and Alameda Avenue.
Work started on Thursday on the $3 to $4 million project.
It will be bigger than the current location.
The construction period should take about nine months and the existing Shotgun Willie’s will stay open during that time.
