PHOENIX (CBS4/AP) – A man who grew up in Colorado was critically hurt in a shooting in a Phoenix office building on Wednesday.

Mark Hummels, 43, was in critical condition after the shooting, which also left another man dead and a woman hurt.

A body was found Thursday that matches the suspect, police said.

Hummels is an employee of the the Phoenix law firm Osborn Maledon. He is a graduate of Greeley Central High School and Colorado College.
