Fracking Ban Could Be On Fort Collins Ballot In April

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - A permanent ban on fracking could be on the Fort Collins ballot this April.

A moratorium is already in place through the end of June, but the city council is now considering asking voters if they want to make it permanent.

Currently, fracking is forbidden on any new developments inside the city of Fort Collins and on other city lands.
