DENVER (CBS4) – A woman’s body was found floating face down in Cherry Creek Sunday afternoon.

“Members of the Denver police and fire departments responded to the area of Florida Avenue and Oneida Street and located what appeared to be the body of a deceased female,” White said in a statement.
Denver police have not said there are any reported missing persons that could be connected to the death.
White told CBS4 the location of the incident is alarming.
