DENVER (AP) – The Colorado attorney general has charged 15 people over accusations they sold large amounts of controlled medication.
Robin Steinke is accused of using a large group of people to sell oxycodone, a pain medication. The others accused are included in the 43-count indictment.
Attorney General John Suthers says the ring also attempted to fill fraudulent prescriptions in Oklahoma and Kansas.
Authorities said Thursday Steinke paid a Brighton pharmacist to provide oxycodone for sale on the black market.
