WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) – Police have confirmed that a body found in a pond outside a Westminster hotel is that of the man who went missing after a office holiday party.

Investigators said there is no indication of any foul play in the death of John Lucas Edwards.

Edwards vanished after a party Dec. 9 at the Westin Hotel near Highway 36 and Church Ranch Boulevard.

After initial searches, dive teams searched a pond again and found his body covered by about four feet of vegetation.
