DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver searched for two suspects after they sprayed their victims with a flammable substance and then set them on fire.
It happened at about 6:45 p.m. Thursday at a home near 44th & Lipan.
Firefighters said four people were burned in the attack. One of the victims was seriously injured.
They were apparently sprayed with a flammable substance, possibly gas, that was then lit with a propane torch.
The victims described the flammable substance coming from a device similar to a weed killer sprayer or pressurized device similar to a fire extinguisher.
The woman who lives at the home told CBS4 that two men walked into her home and demanded drugs or they would set the place on fire. She believes they may have targeted the wrong home.
Police are searching for two suspects. Their descriptions were not immediately available.
