CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (CBS4) – A Colorado company successfully launched a top secret mini-space shuttle into orbit on Tuesday.
The launch took place in Cape Canaveral in Florida.
The government isn’t saying much about the unmanned spacecraft on board the rocket, but Denver-based United Launch Alliance says it will be used for space experimentation.
The spacecraft is about a quarter of the size of the old space shuttle and can land automatically on a runway.
