The driver allegedly panicked after the collision. Police say he lifted the girl up and put her in his car and then drove her to a nearby 7-Eleven.

Police said they don't have a good description of what the car looks like. They initially said kidnapping charges could be tied to the case, but that most likely will not be a charge now.

The suspect was described as being a black man in his 20s with short dreadlocks. He was driving a dark colored sedan. Anyone with more information is asked to contact Aurora police.
