CSU Students Might Be Able To Start Majoring In Beer
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – It might boost Colorado State University’s standing among prospective students — they may soon be able to major in beer.
The university is considering adding a major in fermentation, the key process in making beer, wine, cheese and bread.
The CSU Curriculum Committee has approved adding the major and now the Board of Governors must sign off.
The fermentation major could be available next fall.
