AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – The father of the youngest victim in the Aurora theater shooting is suing the theater.

On Friday Ian Sullivan, the father of Veronica Moser-Sullivan, filed a lawsuit against Cinemark.

Like many of the other victims’ families suing the chain, Sullivan claims the theater did not provide adequate security for the people inside.

Cinemark says there’s no way they could have predicted the attack.
