ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, Colo. (AP) – Rocky Mountain National Park rangers have identified a 50-year-old Littleton woman who died after falling from the north side of Deer Mountain.
The victim was identified Monday as Toni Henthorn of Highlands Ranch.
The woman was hiking with a family member when she fell in steep, rocky terrain just before 6 p.m. Saturday.
Park rangers reached the scene about two hours later, and the woman’s body was recovered on Sunday.
