Soldier Accused Of Poaching Due In Court In October
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - A plea hearing for a soldier accused of poaching is now set for Oct. 15.
Tyrel Weber had a plea hearing scheduled Monday, but the hearing was continued.
He is accused of poaching animals, hunting on private land without permission and abandoning a big-game carcass last year. Court documents indicate Weber allegedly confessed to killing at least 10 antelope in eastern El Paso County on private property.
