PITKIN COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A climber fell to his death on Maroon Bells Saturday morning.
The man in his 30s fell about 300 feet while climbing on North Maroon Peak.
Rescue crews in a helicopter found the man but were not able to revive him. It’s not known if he was climbing alone or with a group.
The man’s identity has not been released.
