SEVERANCE, Colo. (CBS4) – The Weld County Sheriff’s Office wants to find two people accused of using stolen checks.

A man and woman are suspected of stealing a box of checks from a mailbox in the town of Severance. The man with dark hair, goatee and glasses and a woman with blonde curly hair were seen at several Walmart and King Soopers stores along the Front Range. They were driving a 2008 silver Subaru Forester.

So far the stolen checks have purchased $2,500 worth of items.
