PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) – A pilot was injured after a single-engine plane crash northeast of Parker on Sunday.
South Metro Fire responded to the crash in the 7900 block of Warbonnet Trail just after 9:30 a.m.
“All we have at this point is witness statements that said they heard a sputter and a pop and then they witnessed the aircraft spiral down,” Capt. Allen Robnett with the Aurora Fire Department said.
The pilot was extricated and taken to Littleton Adventist Hospital. His condition hasn’t been released.
