Lexi De Forest went hiking on Vedauwoo Mountain near Laramie, Wyo. when she fell jumping over a rock. While her boyfriend went for help, she waited in the dark and started making a video.

Viewers can see her mangled ankle, but De Forest stays calm and even jokes around. De Forest’s boyfriend came back later with rescuers.

De Forest says she was a little worried waiting in the darkness, mostly about bears showing up, but they never did.
