3 Killed In Separate Accidents On I-70 Near Byers
BYERS, Colo. (CBS4) - Two separate accidents killed three people on Interstate 70 near Byers Monday morning.
One crash involved a semi, a Mustang and an SUV. One adult in the Mustang died, another was seriously injured, and two children went to the hospital but were not seriously hurt. Three others were also hurt in that crash.
The other accident involved a single car. Both the driver and passenger in the sedan died. The highway was closed for about eight hours.
