LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Lakewood are hoping someone has information about a hit and run that will lead them to the suspected driver.
Two people riding on a motorcycle were hurt when a black SUV turned in front of them at about 9 p.m. Thursday at West Alameda and South Benton Street.
Injuries for one of the riders on the motorcycle are serious. The other was in stable condition Friday afternoon.
Police said the SUV continued driving south of South Benton Street after it struck the motorcycle and then disappeared through a connecting parking lot.
Police are searching for a black SUV with no side windows in the cargo area. Detectives said it would have significant damage on the passenger side.
There is no description of the driver.
