DENVER (CBS4) – Three Colorado schools are showing up in Newsweek magazine’s ranking of colleges and universities.
The Colorado School of Mines ranked 10th on the list of most affordable schools. That’s based on total cost, debt, financial aid and future earnings.
Colorado College in Colorado Springs ranked as the 17th most liberal school in the country based on opinion polls of students.
University of Colorado Boulder came in third on the list of party schools. Newsweek looked at drug and alcohol arrests for that category.
