Man Accused Of Sexual Assault On A Minor

DENVER (CBS4) - A man accused of providing alcohol to a minor and then sexually assaulting him has been formally charged.

Eric Paul Jones, 49, is accused of purchasing alcohol for 17-year-old and then sexually assaulting him on July 6.

Jones remains in custody in the Denver Detention Center. His bond was set at $50,000. He's due back in court on Tuesday.
