COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Colorado Springs have arrested a man they claim has robbed several liquor stores in the past few months.

Brett Harris was arrested on July 12 for committing a carjacking. Officers caught up to him as he tried to outrun them in a stolen car.

Based on statements and evidence detectives were able to link Harris, 33, to four robberies and charge him.

He faces aggravated robbery charges in the following cases all in Colorado Springs in the area of Memorial Park: Lake Liquors, Jan. 21, JW Liquor, Jan. 23, Lake Liquors, March 13 and Lake Liquors, March 30.
