AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Aurora police are investigating two unrelated murders.
The first happened around 10:30 p.m. Sunday and police say details are sketchy. The shooting may have been near 2nd and Peoria. Friends took the victim to the hospital where he died a few hours later.
Copter4 flew over the second investigation at 6:30 a.m. Monday. Police got to Colfax and Moline just before midnight Sunday after reports of shots fired. A male victim ran to a business and collapsed. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced on arrival.
Police are looking for a black man who was driving a white SUV that might be related to the second investigation.
Anyone with information on either of the shootings is asked to call Aurora police.
