GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – A body found in the Colorado River near Glenwood Springs is believed to be that of a missing 12-year-old boy.

Richard Buchanan was tubing with his family on Sunday when he fell off the tube.

His mother says he knew how to swim, but he wasn’t wearing a life jacket.
