DENVER (CBS4) – Highway 36 has reopened after a car crashed into a pole near Sheridan Boulevard Monday afternoon, sparking a grass fire.
The crash pulled down power lines. It took Xcel Energy awhile to get the lines cleaned up so the road was closed for an 1 1/2 hours.
The power outage also caused delays on light rail trains downtown.
