DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver will host a community notification meeting about a sexually violent predator who is being released into the community.

“Educational information regarding sexual offending will also be presented by a team of professionals involved in the management of sex offenders in our community,” police said in a statement.

A community meeting will be held at the Denver Police Academy, 2155 N. Akron Way at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Due to the mature content of the information that will be presented, it is not advisable to bring children to the meeting.
