COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Authorities are investigating after a man was fatally shot and a woman was injured at a Colorado Springs bar.

Police say several hundred people were at the Golden Cue Bar when the shooting happened just before 1 a.m. Saturday.

The Gazette reports the man who was shot was taken to Fort Carson’s Evans Army Community Hospital in a private car and was later pronounced dead. Police Lt. Elden Stromer told The Denver Post the woman, who was shot in the leg, also was hospitalized but is expected to recover.

Police have not released any details on what may have led to the shooting or who pulled the trigger. The names of the victims have not been released.
