DENVER (Denver Business Journal) – A wave of frozen-yogurt stores is spreading across metro Denver, riding a swell of health-conscious customers and easy-to-operate franchised businesses.
The National Yogurt Association reports there were 4,765 U.S. retail establishments last year whose primary product is frozen yogurt — or “froyo,” as the hipsters say. That’s up 31 percent from 2010.
