COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Colorado Springs police say problems with 911 calls in El Paso and Teller counties have been fixed after service was down for several hours.
The police department said Thursday some people received busy signals when they tried to phone in emergencies.
People were urged to call local authorities or go to the closest police or fire station if they had problems.
