DENVER (CBS4) – A Denver school bus driver has been ticketed for an accident that injured eight students.

The crash happened on the way to school on Interstate 225 near Yosemite Monday morning. Police say the driver made an illegal lane change and hit a car.

The eight students on board went to the hospital with neck and back injuries.
