AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- A 6-year-old boy suspended from school for three days after school officials said he told a girl “I’m sexy and I know it” has gotten his school record altered.

D’Avonte Meadows, a first-grader at Sable Elementary School in Aurora, was originally accused of sexual harassment and disrupting other students after he sang the popular LMFAO song “I’m Sexy And I Know It.”

His parents told CBS4 the term “Sexual Harassment” has been dropped from his school record. They want his record cleared of the entire incident.

The Aurora School District will not comment on student discipline. A school board policy defines sexual harassment as any unwelcome sexual advance. There is no age limit.
